Yes! Though we mostly serve the North American region, all our services are available globally unless there is a specific request that is outside the scope of what we can deliver.

We can process and accept last minute orders with a minimum turnaround of six (6) hours but it is subject to consultant availability. If a last-minute order is placed but we’re unable to complete, you are eligible for a full refund.

Please note Pen Pal Editors’ limited availability between 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. EDT, and orders placed after midnight may not be processed until 8:00 a.m. EDT. In addition, our Top Editors and Consultants may not be available for deadlines of twenty-four (24) hours or less.

Pen Pal Editors are understanding of circumstantial changes. Should you need to cancel an order or subscription, please give us a 24-hour notice before payment is arranged and before you are assigned a consultant or expert.

Cancellation requests need to be made in writing via email within the allotted period for validity!

Please note that once payment has been made and you have been assigned an expert consultant, your order or subscription can no longer be canceled or refunded.

At Pen Pal Editors, we are committed to the satisfaction of each client and offer complimentary ongoing review assistance for every order under these conditions:

• Clients may request review assistance within 10 days of order completion.
• Complimentary review assistance is valid for:
  • 6 months with the Essential Package
  • 1 year with the Pro Dissertation and Elite Dissertation Packages
• Our editors require up to 5 business days to complete reviews. If you need an expedited turnaround, please coordinate with us as additional fees may apply.
• To help us serve you best, we encourage clients to provide clear, written feedback when requesting review assistance. This can be done by:
  • Using comments or tracked changes in the file, and/or
  • Providing detailed instructions via email
• Complimentary reviews do not apply to requests beyond the original scope or package inclusion, such as but not limited to:
  • Additional pages beyond the original order/package
  • New instructions not included in the initial order
  • Editing large sections of the paper
  • Unreasonable or inappropriate revision demands

Pen Pal Editors’ Cooperation Policy states that clients must provide clear, accurate, and complete information and instructions to ensure the best outcome of the partnership. When placing an order, we urge you to include all the necessary documents our experts might need to complete your order.

Failure to share complete instructions and relevant documents before or after our experts begin working on your order may result in delays and can affect the quality of the output.

Pen Pal Editors asks for client cooperation to allow us to continue delivering high-quality output on time.

Over the years, Pen Pal Editors has delivered 100% plagiarism-free work. Should you find an instance of plagiarism in your completed order, you may notify us within the revision period, and we will provide a complete rewrite at no cost. For confirmed cases, the expert responsible may be required to pay the client CAD $1,000.00

We strictly adhere to academic standards, and plagiarism has no room at Pen Pal Editors. That includes using others’ words and ideas without proper credit, incorrect citation, and improper paraphrasing.

You may directly communicate with the expert editor or consultant assigned to your order if it will help with project completion. But if you prefer to remain anonymous, we will fully protect your identity and privacy. At Pen Pal Editors, we never share your contact information without your explicit consent.

All of our clients’ personal data is protected under Canadian privacy laws, and we will only use your information to fulfill your request. You may also request to view, change, and delete any personal data we have about you at any time.

Pen Pal Editors accepts payments via Cash, PayPal, or Interac e-Transfer (available for clients in Canada). A 50% security deposit, or a full payment in special cases, is required to initiate the partnership. All work remains the property of Pen Pal Editors until the client has completed their payment in full.

Late payments may incur an interest rate of 2% above the Bank of Canada’s base rate, and unpaid balances after 60 days may be sent to collections or pursued in Small Claims Court for amounts that are under $3,000. For any returned or dishonoured payments, a $35 fee may be applied, and after two failed attempts, only cash payments will be accepted.

Order cancellations are allowed, and you will receive a full refund as long as the work has not been assigned to an expert at Pen Pal Editors. Once an expert is assigned to a client, the work is considered in progress, and after that period, no refunds will be issued regardless of cancellation.

To request a cancellation, contact our team as soon as possible.

At Pen Pal Editors, we absolutely do not resell or reuse past works from our clients, nor do we re-share with others outside our organization, and only relevant personnel are able to view the work. Once we receive payment in full, the final product becomes the property of the client exclusively. Pen Pal Editors does not resell, repurpose, or share completed work with anyone else.
